Goals for Febuary:
- Get in better shape
- Brush my teeth for 4 minutes - twice a day
- Always floss - twice a day
- Job? Maybe? Idk.
- Decide what the fuck I’m doing with my summer.
- Run for 20 minutes at 6.0 without stopping.
- Bike to the gym more
- No binging!
- More sleep.
- More water.
- Start supplements.
- Smile more.
- Be happier.
